Getting my feet wet on this side of the Pacific.
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

Oh my word, this is hilarious! I love her whispering. I've never heard her say so much since I've known you. Your days must be full of wonderful mommy moments like these.
I'm not the grandma or the auntie BUT....I LOVE IT! So cute and so spontaneous! I sent it to my daughter in Australia....she will get a good chuckle.

Okay, so I'm not HER mother, but I can definitely appreciate it. Love the "I'm gonna be 12 8" and all those other cute sayings that can come from a child's sweet little lips. Glad you shared!
Hahaha, thank you for that, what a perfect girly cutie-pie fix for me!
I love that I can see similar behavior in her, that I see in Derek, just the age, too cute!
